Hiquphon OW 4
This precisely crafted high-frequency unit is produced by Hiquphon - a company established by former Scan Speak engineer and manager Oskar Wrønding. The design is similar to Scan Speak D2008 Series, but accuracy and craft are declared by manufacturer as much higher. OW4 is the top product in the range, with a dome with "Platinum" coating.

My Measurements
Frequency response at 1m with 2.83 V input RED - on axis, BLUE - 15 º off axis, GREEN - 30 º off axis

Conclusion
Like all the other tweeters from the product line, Hiquphon OW4 has very smooth frequency and harmonic response. The best application should be in upper class three-way or a small two-way loudspeaker systems.
